Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the event Body of Work: Tech Conference Reimagined (the “Event”) hosted by Oeuvre Group B.V. (“Oeuvre”, “we”, “us”, “our”) on 21 November 2025 at Vondelkerk, Amsterdam, the Netherlands (the “Venue”). By purchasing or using a ticket, you (“Attendee”, “you”, “your”) agree to the following:

1. Tickets

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from Oeuvre.

  • Tickets are personal and may not be resold or offered on secondary platforms. Unauthorized resale will invalidate entry.

  • Oeuvre reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone not holding a valid ticket.

2. Conduct & Responsibility

  • All attendees must conduct themselves with respect and professionalism toward other guests, speakers, staff, and the Venue.

  • Overconsumption of alcohol, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Silence is expected during all performances.

  • Attendees are personally liable for any damages caused to the Venue, Event property, or fellow attendees as a result of misconduct or negligence.

  • Oeuvre reserves the right to remove anyone whose behavior negatively impacts the safety, dignity, or experience of others, without refund.

3. Technology & Confidentiality

  • Use of phones, cameras, and recording devices is not permitted inside the Event space. All devices must remain in the personal tech pouch provided at entry.

  • Founder Confessionals and patron discussions are off-the-record. Sharing or publishing content from these sessions without explicit consent is prohibited.

  • By attending, you consent to Oeuvre capturing photo and video documentation of the Event for internal and external use. If you prefer not to be included, please notify staff upon entry.

4. Food & Beverage

  • Drinks and light bites will be provided. These are not a substitute for a full dinner or meal.

  • Please note: dietary restrictions or preferences will not be accommodated.

5. Health, Safety & Access

  • Attendees must follow Venue rules, Dutch law, and Event staff instructions at all times.

  • This is an 18+ event due to alcohol service. Valid ID may be required at entry.

  • Oeuvre will make reasonable efforts to ensure accessibility; however, attendees are encouraged to contact us in advance with specific needs.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • Any details shared with Oeuvre, such as contact information or registration data, will be used only for event participation and communication purposes.

  • We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Oeuvre is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all.

  • By attending our events, you agree to treat others with kindness and respect.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Oeuvre reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the Event, if these guidelines are not upheld.

8. Liability

  • Attendance at Oeuvre events is at your own risk.

  • Oeuvre accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during or as a result of participation, except where required by law.

9. Force Majeure

  • Oeuvre is not liable for any cancellation or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to severe weather, strikes, government restrictions, or public health emergencies).

10. Governing Law

  • These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

  • Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam.
